Yes! We do see patients in office in Garden City, however, the introductory Discovery session is done on the phone before deciding if you will be the right fit for the practice. Please be sure if you book with us, you are able to attend future office visits in person in our office.
All patient care in this office is customized to the patients’ specific needs. Until a Discovery session is booked, we do not know anything about the nature of your health, that includes the care that may be rendered which includes what you may or may not have coverage for. During your discovery session, Dr. Tursi will be able to guide you as to what may or may not be covered by your insurance.

Please note, while we do accept emailed medical documents, we will not be communicating via email regarding your care. Email only serves to send us documents applicable to your care (X-rays, MRI, sonograms, bloodwork). We will not be responding via email beyond documentation. All questions, concerns, booking/changing of appointments etc. will require a call to our office during our normal business hours.

At this time, Dr. Tursi is only seeing patients age 21 and up.
You will receive paperwork from us via email that MUST be filled out prior to your session. We will call you at your scheduled appointment time. Please note this session is only offered as a phone call.
I get it! Life happens: Please note, as a courtesy to our office and other patients trying to book with us, cancellations must be done 48 hours prior to your appointment. There are no refunds given on appointments that are not canceled within 48 hours. The booking of your discovery session is your consent and agreement of this policy.
We deeply value your trust and dedication to your care. By committing to a program with our office, you allow us to dedicate the time, resources, and the schedule needed to support your long-term success.
Because of this commitment: No refunds after payment is taken and your program offer is signed: Once care has been initiated, materials ordered and allocating time towards you and away from potential other patients, refunds cannot be issued. No refunds will be issued for unused visits, products ordered, reserved appointment times, partial completion of your program or due to dissatisfaction with pace of progress. This ensures we can continue providing uninterrupted, high-quality care to all patients we commit to as it is limited per month.
