Service Description

This discovery session is an opportunity to see if we are a fit to work together. When dealing with complex health concerns, it can be confusing trying to find the right provider. This session allows us to see if I am the right fit to help you and if you are a fit for my practice. During this time, if I think I can help in any way, we will talk about how care may be structured for you and any details regarding working together. This will be done as a PHONE call. I will call you at your scheduled time. Please note, all care is rendered in our office in New York. Once you are booked for your Discovery phone session, please be sure to check your email for instructions and next steps that are required BEFORE we actually talk. Any questions, concerns, health updates or additional information needed by you will only be responded to via a phone call to the office. Please call the office at 516-200-1109 with any topics pertinent to your health. F.A.Q.s Q: Is Dr. Tursi seeing patients in the office? A: Yes! We do see patients in office, however, this introductory Discovery session is done on the phone before deciding if you will be the right fit for the practice. Q: I have labwork I would like to fax over before my Discovery session, where can I send it? A: Please fax any pertinent information to 516-743-9660 Q: Does Dr. Tursi work with children? A: At this time, Dr. Tursi is only seeing patients age 16 and up. Q: Once my appointment is booked, What happens next? A: You will receive paperwork from us via email that MUST be filled out prior to your session. We will call you at your scheduled appointment time. Please note this session is only offered as a phone call. Q: Does Dr. Tursi take my insurance? A: All patient care in this office is customized to the patients’ specific needs. Until a Discovery session is booked, we do not know anything about the nature of your health, that includes the care that may be rendered which includes what you may or may not have coverage for. During your discovery session, Dr. Tursi will be able to guide you as to what may or may not be covered by your insurance.

Cancellation Policy

I get it, life happens! If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so atleast 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be given without a 24 hour cancellation notice.
